We love their veggie samosas! we never tried the lunch buffet with naan and butter chicken but i think we might now ☺ Where do you go for Indian Food now ?

@kingkaieats hmmm. Good question since the kids don't really like Indian food. Yeah Novelty got rid of their buffet during Covid but still have affordable lunch takeout combo. Saffron in Burnaby has a good buffet and is close by. I rarely go to Surrey but Tandoori Flame is a huge buffet with lots of selection. A bit more pricy $30ish for lunch but many things to try.

@@soupnazi81 oh I've heard of Tandoori Flame for their buffet ! that is something we might want try down the road because of their huge selection ! There's a lot of good places to eat here in Vancouver.

@kingkaieats totally. Richmond itself is a foodies paradise. And Surrey is has so many Indian places to explore.

we love double double ! the radish cake is really good, have you tried it steamed ? its not on the menu but you can ask for it. Sometimes they do it, sometimes they dont but its good !

CM chicken in Burnaby is quite good. They have a tasting platter with multiple flavours. The one with spring onions and cm sauce is unique.

@@kingkaieats I don't have fried chicken too often and usually go to chains like Churches or Chicko which are solid for the price. Once in a while is when I try a new Korean fried chicken place but it's been too long. Lol
