    This is the Indian way of cooking fish lolo not the natives way they cook it better not even fried the fish everything fresh in the pot which is delicious

    What a great duo! Loved the tip with the garlic so it doesn’t burn as quickly because that’s something I’ve struggled with. Such an easy solution to not mince it as finely. I love seeing how you prepped everything and you took your time. You can really tell how much you both love what you’re doing. ❤️

      You are so welcome! Another good tip with garlic is not adding it at the same time as the onions. Cook the onions for a few mins first then add the garlic. They cook at different speeds so you need to time stack them. Thanks so much <3 yes we love cooking!

      It's not as difficult as it seems. The biggest challenge is doing it fast enough that the pasta doesn't dry up. Pici pasta is traditionally hand rolled pasta, but a pasta machine with a roller will cut your time in half. We just upgraded and bough the kitchen aid attachment and cant wait to make more pasta!
