How to add a rib to the stash buster sweater
Insert your hook in one of the stitches at the neckline, (preferably a back corner st)
Row 1: Make a chain as long as you want your rib to be + 2 ch, to.
(Mine was 40 ch + 2 ch at the neck, and 10 ch + 2 ch at the cuffs and waist)
Row 2: Skip the 2 ch and make 1 dc blo in each ch st.
When you reach the bottom (where the original neckline is) make 4 sc, to.
Row 3: Crochet back up with 1 dc blo in each st (last dc through the whole st), ch 2, to.
Row 4: Skip the 2 ch and make 1 dc blo in each st all the way down, 4 sc in the neckline, to.
Continue to crochet up and down as described in row 3-4, until you’ve covered the entire neckline.
Sew or crochet the first and last row together, and you’re done ✔️
NOTE:
If you want the cuffs to be tighter, make decreases (2 dc tog) in every 4th st on the last two rows of the sleeves, before you add the rib.

I do like. Thank you. 💚👽
I used this pattern to make a spiderman granny square lol
thank you for this!
The end result is gorgeous
Love this video. DO NOT try to expand the circle slightly more as she mentioned in the video, it will increase the size of the hat by almost double and will come out far to big. just use a bigger hook / slightly chunkier yarn. the pattern does not work if you expand it.
Hello, I just came across your tutorial, and I'm genuinely curious as to why you would turn your work after every row? Does it give it a different texture or something?
