Ozito Home 12v can do most jobs at home.
Ozito Home 12v, I bought for $38 as a kit. Prices might change when you shop for one.
The 18v brother is triple the cost, and heavier, and top specs like dewalt 999N is 10 times more expensive.
This cheap yet functional 12v can do most jobs at home. with a bit of help, even larger screws as shown.

Kincrome impact and drill driver review.
Переглядів 662 години тому
Kincrome with 4Ah battery does well for mid market cordless tools. It's not for heavy duty work like Milwaukee, Dewalt, Makita, but it's competitive within the midnarket likes of AEG. It's Australian family owned, yes made in China, but so are most top brands.

    the more speed you have the less torque you'll have I really don't understand what the point of this test is?

    • @SmartShopp3r
      @SmartShopp3r 16 годин тому

      There is a difference in how torque is applied, continuous v impact. If we go by your theory, the IP should smash the HDD having more torque and speed. Point, HDD is still king with less speed, less torque.

      @@SmartShopp3r imo the drill has more speed but less torque no idea why your saying it's the king with less speed and less torque you've mindfucked me anyway

      I never want to create confusion, my sincere apologies if I did. Hammer drill driver has less speed and less torque 150Nm, 2200 RPM, than its sibling impact driver 210Nm, 3400 RPM. However, how the tool delivers its torque matters continuous v non-continuous. Where torque requirement is minimum, i.e. small screws, Impact Driver becomes a fast drill driver, you won't hear the impacts until the screw head hits the surface, the spring inside is too strong for small screws to activated it. When impacts start early, as does with these length screws, impact driver spends a lot of energy on the impact mechanism. I think I will make a long version on this topic. Are we good?

    Dewalt is better and made better.

      Dewalt is good but not the best value for money with a 3-year warranty. They need to catch up with others who provide 5 or 6, then they will be very good, if not the best.

    It's like hammering a nail with your pliers, just because you can do it doesn't mean it's the correct way.

      Thank you for your comment, but this was the point of this video, to stop such advice. Today's technology isn't yesterdays. Not only do we have bits to drill large holes in metal with an impact wrench, but it's also perfectly fine to drill 13mm and larger holes with an impact driver, which is more than capable to handle the forces imposed on the tool. Why would any company design impact driver bits if it wasn't meant to be used with an impact driver or an impact wrench? They do because they know it's perfectly safe to do so.

    • @Soroosh.Jahangiri
      @Soroosh.Jahangiri 8 днів тому

      @@SmartShopp3r I think they make those bits because they see that there is a demand for it

    • @SmartShopp3r
      @SmartShopp3r 8 днів тому

      Thats right @Soroosh.Jahangiri, when there is a market, OEM's respond with drill bits designed for impact drivers. Furthermore, there are step drill bits designed for metal drilling with impact wrenches. When I can afford those bits, I will make a video.
