The Frame rate does not usually run like that. May need to try it on the console once you have the opportunity. I cannot speak for many people, especially those burned out and psychologically tortured when the game first released, I have personally been enjoying the game. It feels akin to an Amalgamation of Warframe and WoW. However, the development rate is immensely slow. There used to be a time they do a major update every 6 months. Now they update every two month. Compared to the Base Game, the story of it NGS feels boring, with some plots dragged out. There are rarely moments when the plot is interesting. Every Weapon feels like an entirely different game. I recommend you try the Base Game, you could block transfer there once you complete the prologue.

After playing PSO2 NE for 70 or 100 hours, i probably could say that game suck... or the worst mmo game i ever played. For better review, i would not include the game graphics. So, we move to the most important part of the game is Lore (or you could understand as Game's Story), the game have good lore that cost time to do, same as Genshin Impacts. You need to reach certain level to process next mission, so what you gonna do? YES!!! YOU GONNA GRINDING LEVEL every time you join the game. Is the game Pay to Win? -> hmmm maybe half but yes with a big cost, maybe half of RTX 4090ti. Is the game worth to spend time on? -> Well.. maybe, because .. at every game we cannot judge the game by comments and a video game playthrough alone. Is the game hardcore for newplayer? -> Hmm, absolutely. Is the game have a kind of Soul-like? -> Nope, it easy to play and the boss kinda stuck if you stand on cliff and shooting the target =))). Is the game have a good optimize?? -> The performance are very "good", they optimize the same as ARK Evolved. Both suck. Is the game Dead? -> Most of MMORPG game are not dead, they just have low player income. Otherwise, there will be announcement for closing games from Published. Should i play? -> How about Elden Ring or Lost ARK, New World, Monster Hunter World?
