David Shapumba Shikalepo is a singer/songwriter who has released a vast amount of songs, with features from various artists such as Samuel Ngondji (Qonja), Tate Buti, Top Cheri, Mushe, Ethnix and Manxebe just to mention a few.
Recently, he has made waves with the release of the Die Hele Box collaborative album with Samuele Ngondji which has broken records on the Viral Com site, Viral Com is platform for Namibian content creators to sell their content.
Die Hele Box, which features prominent producers like DJ KBoz, Chris Wayne, Andrew on the Beat and Kevin Too Good can be found on all streaming platforms.
Shortly afterwards he released the highly anticipated visuals for a track titled Die Hele Box video which has acquired more then 100, 000 views in a week.

His authentic style and approach to the music industry, is one which has taken the Namibian Entertainment Industry by storm and what managed to keep him relevant for so many years. David Shikalepo hopes that his fans are aware the he is the Cream de la crop in the Namibian music industry.
