I assume it's the book that the ref uses to record the names of players who receive red cards, yellow cards, etc.

How do I record? Or how do I get to a red card scene like that?

@GoldyFN1 Try doing a slide tackle from behind on an opposing player who has the ball. When playing defense, press square on PlayStation or X on Xbox. That will usually start a red card cut scene or, at the very least, a yellow card or warning from the ref. eFootball also has yellow and red card scenes when you do a dangerous slide tackle.
