    How about we get the government off its @$$, and correct the problem they created. Slavery and Jim Crow put us in this hole, so reparations is the only logical answer to get us out. We need programs that train black descendants of slaves to be engineers, and to have a guaranteed job waiting for them upon mastery of the skills. You can't trust private industry to go out and hire us, especially under all that diversity garbage. Diversity means white women, asian immigrants, and african immigrants. Yet for the descendants of the people who built the wealth of this country, they will remain locked out without government intervention. That's just the truth of it. As a black man descendant of slaves I want to know Fabian, what is your net worth? Just give me a ball figure. How much investment capital are you getting versus your white piers?

    I would like to stress to anyone and everyone who is having the discussion on diversity and inclusion to invest the time to hear these great speakers who are speaking very candidly and honestly about this topic.
