It says Courting the beast Flint ran away from me. I was only trying to talk to him, but he just yelled at me and ran off, saying I should leave him and that I didn't really care. It'd be pointless to follow - he's far tk upset to talk. I hope this isn't the last time I see him... I'm not even sure where he is, or what I did wrong, if anything. Hopefully he will return to me soon enough. I'm not sure what I'd do if I had to live with this being our last interaction. ◇ learn how to become closer with flint. That's what it says so how do I get him back?

Don't worry, he's just being insecure. He's SUPPOSED to leave, then come back after a few days, and will apologize.

@ I've been running around doing a bunch of quests and he still hasn't come back yet lol does he randomly show up to your character? Where ever he/she is? When he does come back.

@@omega-kiba7188 well xelzaz's doesn't have any armor in his mod but the armor that I have on my character and Remi is elmlock armor

@@spyrolvl1190 that is exactly why, xelzaz wouldn't have a problem with it if it wasn't for that. one of his stories that you can ask him to tell you he tells about how he helped someone assassinate someone else by making them a poison that also turned them invisible

Yes, because the Volkihar vampires are trying to blot out the sun. It's got nothing to do with you being a vampire in general.

@thefatherrabbit the point is he's the sole person who's impossible to convince on the matter. it doesn't matter if you've proven your virtue ten times over, have the most silver tongue in tamriel, and have an enchanted amulet that makes you the world's most convincing person all at once.

@@BigHatLoganGaming the other ones if I remember correctly one of them you need at least one crimson nirnroot in your inventory in blackreach, one of them talk to him at sleeping tree camp, his intro Quest starts automatically after you meet him, his one to get his mount starts when you ask him if he can ride after doing his intro Quest, and then he has one with khash after a certain point in their interactions

@AdzzanRautioyt I've done the mount, crimson nirnroot and sleeping tree quests and never seen the stolen item note or banquet fork, so I have to assume they're related to khash.

No, being an infiltrator who gains the trust of then betrays them is just the normal volkihar quest, xelz just kills himself on your blade over it

@@fluffydragon3200 I've heard people say that he does at the end of volkihar but I think that's only if you get him after your vampire but I'm not entirely sure I couldn't get any of it to work cuz there's a glitch

@AdzzanRautioyt Not sure what to think of that tbh... I'm cool with the idea that the character would dig in their heels on certain issues, makes them stick out more. Xelzaz even begrudgingly accepting it seems ooc for him but who knows.

@@dscwac396 it's his romance quest so I think he's getting a relationship value I'm not sure if he already had one you get to talk with him more about his past and I think when you first meet him in the jail his quest for that is getting changed a little bit there's other stuff too but I don't want to spoil it
