Personally, i had download this from author's website, a few years ago, before website close... About installation and how to play, it's very easy... Notice that you don't need RtCW to play this addon... Just create a folder in your desktop, name it as you wish, download this addon, it's a rar file, open with winzip or winrar and extract everything in the folder you have create... Go to this folder, find the wolfsp.exe, run and you are ready to play...

First of all, i don't know the version of Enemy Territory you have download, personally i have this one here: www.moddb.com/mods/et/downloads/etsp-zip I think it's the latest version so i propose to download this one... I get between 2 and 10 frames on medium settings. No playability during shooting. I also noticed that the graphics of the rooms in "ET RADAR" are great, as if better than the original RTCW.
