Nice to see the natural scenery that I missed from my vacation. Funny, I just posted my Skagway today too, but I don't have many of the town like you did. Victoria is always awesome for us. Wish we did the Butchart Garden, but we've seen it before. Left your video a 👍😊

First to comment! Ketchikan looks nice! That wasn't part of our itinerary as we only went to Juneau, Skagway, Sitka and Victoria. No stops at any glaciers either, but we did do the same salmon bake and Asian store. So cool to see all those bald eagles. I enjoy watching other people's Alaskan trip to see all the excursions we missed. LOL

Don’t let me steer you away! 🤓There are many cruise line and activities you can do that fits your liking. I tend to choose the zen (aka more boring) stuffs haha. I’ll be posting the excursions we did off the cruise in Alaska soon!

Thanks for the recipes, that soup reminded me of a similar soup my parents used to make. Although she used home made pork bone both, dried seaweed, tofu and spoon drop pork meatballs. Great foodie vlog. Question, the way you plate your dishes, do you have culinary training?
Never mind, just watched your #12 vlog and it answered my question. Typical home cooks are not known to used Sous vide cooking techniques or BK carbon steel saute pans on open fire. I should've known by the way you tide your bid you must have formal training. Excellent job chef.

They are called Cheung funn with sesame and hoisin sauce. Many dim sum restaurant serves the pan fry saute crispy version with XO sauce. BTW, great video, loved the night shots of Kowloon. What camera and lens are you using?
Cheung funn!!! thank you!! They tasted delicious and so much like one of the rice dish in Thailand called "Kao Moo Daeng/ ข้าวหมูแดง". Night shots are on Sony ZV1 with a (noob) Amazon 18mm wide angle lens haha. Day shots are on iPhone 15 Pro :). Still learning about all the gear and editing. Really glad you liked the video! :D

If we only want to visit straight away to the Twin Pagodas, do we need to climb all the way too? and the same question to the waterfall after lunch. And if we want to try to hike to the highest point, did the weather is very cold on top? thankyou so much
Hi there Jessica :D, First of all, thank you so much for watching! Yes, you can get to the Twin Pagodas and the waterfall without hiking all the way up. You can drive and park but still need to hike up the stairs a bit. For the pagodas, there’s designated parking spot nearby (drive up ~ 3 mins further once you see pagodas entrance) with free shuttle service to the Pagoda base. For the highest point, it really depends on the time of year you plan to visit. I would plan to bring a light jacket as it can get chilly (but never below freezing most of the time). Hope this helps and that you have an awesome time in Chiang Mai! 😊
