I am using a "bl-usbmach v2.0 d1712" board. It has the folowing connections: GND, In1-Estop, In2-Probe, E3-Limit, In4-Home, In5-Reverse. In your example i should connect all endstops to GND & one input. When i look on different sources i see that every axes should be connectet to a seperaid input. I have 6 endtops. 2 endtops per axes in seris. Then i should connect every axes in series. One side of eche axes connected toghether to the GRND and every other lead to a seperaid input. I think it should look like this: ENDSTOPS ------------------------------------------------------ | | | | X Y Z axes | GND GND GND | E1 E2 E3 E4 E5 E6 | | | | | | | | ----------- ----------- ----------- | | | | | In1 In2 In3 GND Acording to your explanation it should be like this: ENDSTOPS ------------------------------------------------------ | | | | X Y Z axes | GND GND GND | E1 E2 E3 E4 E5 E6 | | | | | | | | | ----------- ----------- | | | | | In1 In2 In3 GND Question: When i use your method how does Mach3 know witch axes will be trigered? There is only one connection for all axes witch i think is not how it should be. I think that every axes should be seperated on one side of each axes. p.s. Every cnc-building video i looked at uses NC (Normaly Closed) switches. This is because if there is a failer in the wirering NO (Normaly Open) switches will NOT trigger the limit because there is no difference between activation or not activation. So if the wire is damaged Mach3 still thinks the switch is triggered. On a NO switch the power thruigh the endstop-wire is cut when triggered. Als when the wire is damaged then the power is also cut-off so you know if there is something wrong with your wires. One more thing about the wires: You should use shielded wires for cnc. Normal wires can work for some time but you will encounter problems in the future because of interfearence thruegh the neaby wires.

but how connect 2 pcs Y axis stepper motor. and setting this. not working if set up XYYZ.

limit SW AND E-stop need connect all paraller together, thats mean, if one SW trigger then machine stop, then all SW send stop signal if come somethink fail. AND home SW need connect XYZ pin 12,13,15.

my cnc have problem, same card i use, but if wiring XYZ home SW were can add important limit SW because E-stop have uses pin 10, home X 11, home Y 12, home Z 13, and probe Z heigh zeroing pin 15, not have Free pin were add limit SW, home procedure have important not can run machine if not have all axis first go to home. how connect, need different home dual Y motor, homeY1 and home Y2 if want beam have sure square when homing. its make real right all need 4 pin more.

Hallo ich habe mir vor 2 Jahren diese Karte von Ebay gekauft, leider bekomme ich das mit den Pins immer noch nicht hin. Die freundlichen Leute aus China gibt es nicht mehr und eine Anleitung war nicht dabei. Ich habe schon unzählige Videos auf UA-cam zur TB6560 gesehen und alle hatten eine unterschiedliche Pin-Belegung. Woher bekomme ich die richtigen Pins raus? Können Sie mir hier bitte weiterhelfen. Is there any danger of blowing up your USB port with external 12 volt applied as you have stated?

Thanks for the helpful video - could not get my homing to work. Putting 12-24 volts on the board does the trick.

Hey there, I'm using the same breakout board and wired exactly as you say in this video, but instead I'm trying to connect an E-stop. I've set it up to be normally closed and when I press the e-stop it shuts off the machine, but then it starts to trigger the relay every few seconds. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
