Amazing story, balls of steel to keep going. Huge respect also to the blokes who worked tirelessly to keep him alive and get him out of there 👍
Loved this 👍
Great amusing article 😅
What a brilliant video.I first listened to this discussion as episode 2 of the Crohn's & Colitis UK podcast, and was delighted to find that a video was available on UA-cam. I have recently started infusion therapy for Crohn's Disease and consider myself fortunate that resources like this are available to both impart advice and offer encouragement to people with an IBD. I will be watching this again and again to remind me that there is a community of fellow sufferers out there who have a story to tell. Wonderful stuff.
Great conversation between two proper heroes. Excellent advice from Toby towards the end. Very best wishes to you both going forward.
Great podcast 👍👍. If you were only allowed one more meal , where on the planet would would you have it?
Loved the Highlander reference!
Think Fox is natty ?

Hoofing ? Found the fucking Rupert
Will there ever be new episodes?
I don't get why these don't get bigger views
UA-cam doesn't always change up video line ups. You'll see the same type videos over and over again. I only found this video because I listen to Foxy's videos regularly.
I love these guys
Respect to you Jason for your service and for what you constantly achieve today in your fitness regime. I still run 10 miles a day apart from Sunday when I have a rest day to recover. It doesn't get any easier the older we get, however from a personal standpoint it's more of a mindset, not so much phisical endurance. I'm ex Light Infantry long term. So for me it's more a determination to keep on top of my capabilities more than anything else. When I left the military I was completely lost having lost my wife and and son to a drink driver just before leaving the military. I subsequently spent 14 months in Snowdonia living off the land to find myself again, but now I'm back up and running. I know a couple of guys who were in your community, one in particular who runs and manages veterans at sefton "Dave Smith" where we have a NAAFI break every Wednesday to catch up with the lads from all branches of the services. Have an awesome day 🗡️🇬🇧🗡️.
10 miles a DAY!!!!!! Respect!! I would never do that even when I was serving!!!!
I use do 15.5 on bleep can you ?
Mate these guys are at a level you would only understand if you trained with them.
Ha haa love that comment about toddler's as a grandad of eighteen months i concur completely
Foxy is in amazing shape and he’s 47!
Wise words Foxy about living more in the now ❤
Awesome
1:42 LIFE LESSON.
don’t mind me, just crying over how far he has come and how much he’s grown and how proud i am of him
If you particularly listen after 22.20, it is clear Max is a genuinely down-to-earth, humble, and self-aware introvert who minds his business while looking with amusement at the ridiculousness of his industry. He grew up on the inside but chose to kind of remain outside Hollywood in many ways (he doesn't seem to want to work often, he doesn't live in LA, his wife is not famous, he's not on social media etc.), and that choice has enabled him to see himself with clear eyes and not be developmentally stagnated as many actors become working in Hollywood. Max just strikes me as someone who chose not to pursue an A List career because he knows the game that extroverted natural networkers like Robert Pattinson, Margot Robbie, and Eddie Redmayne play is not for him. No matter their success/fame level, most actors are at their core inherently insecure, narcissistic, and delusionally ambitious (you almost have to be to remain in such a profession with extreme job scarcity), and yet Max seems to be a very, very rare exception.
Love him he’s so great 😊
Levison habla español???
Too bad no video.
The Military can be great…but it can also be a con. That moment when Toby requested to try SF and his CO said “too soon etc”….mate…what a load of rubbish. When he first signed on “they” would have been eyeing him up for SF….coz that’s how it works….especially during times of conflict….coz a lot of people are constantly leaving during those times. I think they should be a bit more honest with people…should probably also change the recruitment….Massive Kudos to you both though and WD for surviving, especially to you T….You Are Nails. Xoxoxo
Love you ❤
❤️
