Thank u for this video. I have a 2005 jeep liberty and I'm replacing struts. I did the upper control arm years ago. Im just watchin some vids to familiarize.
Thanks
Wow she’s a beaut. Bonnie’s always such a classy girl
Very good Video. Many thanks. Bundaberg ,Australia....
Did you keep the O2 sensors or removed?
Clean those battery terminals, geezo Pete's man
Came here to see what goes where, not to hear about a struggle session with a spring. Damn.
What was the symptoms of a bad rear LCA? Im having clunking going into gears already replaced the trans mount.
Bought it 6000 km mint condition! Hardly wait to Ride! thx
How u like ? Looking at buying a 2012 SV650S tomorrow 6000k, same colour as yours! Any issues thx
why didnt you reverse the bolt when you put it back on
Is it possible to save maps on android?
i think so, cause the obd reader is wireless/bluetooth now so you dont have a cable connection.
I got a center stand from the dealer, which however does not have the U shaped piece attached to the spring. The spring is just longer. I have not done it yet, but I guess the hook would be OK to engage with the spring end and pull over the bolt. Interesting tip however to pull one spring at the time. clever
I have a new front end kit coming for my moms 2004 liberty and im starting it in a few days. has the upper and lower control arms with ball joints, shocks/springs, tie rod ends, sway bar links, etc. The lower ball joint completely separated today leaving the neighborhood and with 150k miles I just decided to replace it all.
The way i did it was place the spring setup forst then hook it to the stand thrn use the stand as leverage as you postition the stand to bolt it up last.
I got to try this out on my Speed Triple. I bought the cable and the app etc. Good to watch it as you go through it step by step
Thanks for all this , I'm attacking mine tomorrow and this will be very helpful indeed. Cheers!
WHERE DID YOU GET THOSE CLEAR LENSES AT??
I orderef them from Aliexpres
Awesome Bike
Was uploading a new map worthwhile and noticeable?
Omg yes same to my jeep finally figured it out looking to do the job and buy the part ebay
Wonderful. Appreciate for useful and helpful tips 👍❤️🙏
Those handlebars look as if they’re higher than the stock bars. What are they?
Yes, I’d like about 2 inches, of handle bars that is.
you have a lot of patience...good video
hi there...what map did you get on yours
I’m doing this on my wife’s 02 sport, wouldn’t it be easier to install the ball joint, then use a pinch bar to align the two frame bolts, just thinking with no pressure on the ball joint it would go in easy and using the jack to adjust the up and down on the two frame bolts.
How did you remove the four screws behind the frame tubes? I need to replace my intake rubbers. I’m trying to open the side panels like you have in this video. I don’t want to remove the tire to take out the whole air box.
Did you use a battery tender when remapping?
holy moly this sound soo good..I always wondering what the sound would be if using 2-2 exhaust instead of stock 2-1 and I found this video..
great video aside from the extreme semi focused close ups lol... all good. ,... I'm doing the same w/a smoke tail light + Hot bodies panel setup on my 2009 in a week or three,... amazing how much better that ass looks Yeesh!!!
Hey, where did you get those black gauges?
Hi, nice Video, thanks! Do you have the size of the plugs, thread, length, head diameter? Cheers T.
I have my side bolts in and my ball joint placed but the bolt that holds the ball join in doesn't fit with the ball joint in
Hey, nice bike! Sounds good! Where did you get those clear signal lense covers? Did you change the bulbs to silver coated instead of amber as well? I really like the way they look. Thanks
I’m interested to learn what is a stage 2 performance cam do?
I believe it brings the T100 closer to the T120 power output. Apparently the basic difference comes down the the cam. From what I've found the T100s can all but match the T120 output with this mod.
Popping the need for a new engine mapping. Over time your EcU self adjusted to new air flow.
So far this was the best and simplest ECU video I seen yet thank you
Does it have diagnostic and sensor information?
Wach mi chanal even a kid get motivated to put center stand I put center stand for heavy bike without putting my both leg in ground No lies 100% truth
On a 2000 WJ You don't have to do all the work and alignment. The trick is to get the balljoint separated from the arm. Raise the differental and place jack stands under the frame just in front of the lower control arms.. Make sure you remove the balljoint nut before you lower the differental. With the jack stands under the frame, and the jack under the differental, lower the differental to almost all the way, the jack just for support. Take a pickel fork and a 4' or 5' length of pipe with a 1" inside diameter. Slide the pipe onto the pickel fork all the way down. Now take the pickel fork and place it between the balljoint and control arm and pound the pipe with a 4lb hammer. Do not pound the pickel into place without the pipe one it. Once you got the pickel fork on, you can start pulling down on the pipe as leverage and with the wait of the differental it should break loose, if not bounce down on the pipe with your weight. Mine popped right up, meaning the arm popped up and the balljoint separated. Now all you have to do is unbolt the 2 remaining control arm bolts and pull it out. Now you'll have plenty of room to take out the 3 21mm balljoint bolts on the differental with a impact. Even using a impact was slow getting them off. Easy! Now put the new balljoint on, bolt it down. Now put the new arm in and bolt in the 2 bolts each side. (Don't tighten them all the way down) need a little play for adjustments. Now Raise the differental with the jack, you should have correct alignment to go right in. You may have to move the ball stud very little if at all. Tighten the ball stud nut. Now tighten the 2 control arm nuts. Reconnect the break lines and your done. I also did my lowers at the same time. Just do one at a time. So your axel alignment doesn't shift! Don't tighten them down yet. Do the other side, don't tighten them down yet. Raise the differental to about ride height. Now tighten all bolts to spec. Wheels on and your done.
That was awesome. May I ask how do you know which map to download?
Where can you buy one?
thanks for this again. cheers
thanks for sharing this. always great to have a refresher course. cheers
Rip left ear
Le cambié los dos bujes que tenía rotos ya que producía ruido al aplicar el cambio y siguió igual alguna recomendación se agradece desde Panamá
great video buddy... what did you think of the new map...
Sniffles much? To bad you didn't think of the jack before
Thank you, very helpful.
You have made hard work of that!!!!!! FIT IT UP then get a coat hanger wire and a t bar to pull the spring .... and pull the spring onto the hole on the center stand simple to do
