Interesting discussion about corporate “future-thinking” and a (hopefully) growing realization that the workforce is comprised of individual lives. Every person lives their life from a single experience. A single physical, emotional, intellectual, & spiritual perspective. In a way, we all exist in our own universe, and interact with other people, including those we love, the best that we can. Sometimes it feels lonely or confusing when our experience is not all that we wished it could be. We all want to please our employers, and feel appreciated for what we do. It helps give meaning to our lives. So lovely to know that LAZ Parking is placing people, and not profits, at the bottom line. When more companies learn that business is about life and about the value of all human lives, the whole human experience will profit.
