In qsn they didn't mention the word compulsory i think This is from official website of rbi. Individuals: For searching unclaimed deposits in individual category, a user has to provide inputs such as name of the account holder, name of the bank (one or more banks can be selected) and any one or more of the five inputs viz., Permanent Account Number (PAN), Driving License Number, Voter ID Number, Passport

Sis don't waist your time on watching video classes. Give 2-3 mocks daily and Analyse them properly and don't leave any question while analysing which you correctly answered or not analyse each one and read daily 2-3hours CA and try to memorize

If u attempted 24 questions in computer awareness u r supposed to get 12 marks as each question carriers 0.5 mrks, considering all correct...that extra marks u gt is bcz of normalisation....
Here the computer score is out of 40.. she got 17.75 out of 40. It will get averaged to 20.. She got 8.87/20 in Computer 👍🏻
