Amazing remix

oh hell yes another bangin remix from musicians with like 4 subscribers. (cracks knuckles because you're the second absolutely amazing musician with like 3 subscribers i've seen this year) so this is, for lack of a better word, fucking awesome. it manages to keep the important bits of a battle song (that being making the listener feel excited) while simultaneously being completely different. the intro piano tickles my brain bones SO MUCH it's kind of insane. as the song progresses, it stays calm but emotional. asriel's theme jumpscsre btw. but there's not a lot of time to react to that (not saying it's bad though) because it leads right into the starlo's theme callback. something interesting is that that part is te closest to the original song before calming down again and once again we have that wonderful piano soundfont. we then go into a wonderful overdrive guitar segment. im not entirely sure how i feel about his part because it sounds a little too much like a pokémon song but the synth section after it is absolutely wonderful. again we have the brain bones-tickling piano which i just love so much. the weird ass synth sounds wonderful after the starlo reprise, and the asriel's theme into justice literally made my shed a tear in real life what the fuck. overall. an absolutely banger reimagining of this song. not entirely sure what you were going for with the overdrive guitar section but that's my singular gripe. i absolutely adore that piano soundfont and i don't think many songs (except for what, duet and mother 3 love theme?) have made me cry in real life

this is the best Mother's Love remix in the whole youtube, since this just doesn't modify notes and add new instruments to them, you added even your own notes, you made it like you actually made A Mother's Love, and in my opinion, this is the best thing you can ever achieve! Like Undertale Yellow ! If it had all the bosses in Undertale nobody would be this amazed, this game was it's own thing, just like this remix *yeah I'm an idiot and actually typed these like a nerd but I had to say it*

My favorite remixes are absolutely ones like these - less of a remix and more of a reimagining, taking the original song and bringing it to entirely new places. Thank you for creating this.

Basically rewriting an entire track from scratch while ensuring just the right balance between new and old material is super hard and something I've always struggled with and oh my fucking god you managed to strike that balance perfectly. Not sure if this was even intentional, but in addition to the composition and arrangement, the sample choices and the rough mix/master give this song so much character, like a distinct identity of its own next to the already stellar original.

oh, I feel like this version would sound on the flawess pacifist route, sounds cool! 🦈 but... the scream was missing
