Yeah, Not sure of the exact number but I Personally know around 2-3 of them, the actual number would be higher tho.

nah definitely not😅, nobody really focuses on your jee ranks or whether you're a dropper or not once you get here

If your rank is <10k , ig you should be able to get atleast EEE, although check previous year cutoffs for better understanding.
