@@Gallus7631 You are right, systemic racism exists in many fields. Have you looked outside of your normal environment for better/different opportunities? Location seems to be a huge factor as well!!

@ Oh I already walked off the job, I’m retired military, so I am not hurting for anything, I just wanted to teach & empower others, however, I’ve now switched gears and am ONLY going to focus on educating black children, why give my skillsets & knowledge away to people who hate me? When I can create a legacy. Now the objective is simply to upend the program & win the game convincingly. If I ever teach at a large institution again, it will be at an HBCU. As a note: I’d tell ANY black educator to stay away from PWI’s, as a general rule especially in places like Arizona, Boston & the big boy east coast institutions like Georgia Town, Columbia, DUKE etc… If only you could see the amount of missed calls I’ve received since I left, it shows, these people only care when it’s their bottom line or back-sides on the chopping block.
