Their dynamic slightly changes from Attack of the Clones to Revenge of the Sith. In Attack of the Clones Anakin is super talented but only equal to Obi Wan so Obi Wan sort of keeps him in check when he is bragging. In Revenge of the Sith it is Obi Wan hyping up Anakin and Anakin is pretending they are on the same level still.

Well, the Jedi council certainly like forcing apprentices onto Jedi who have only recently been knighted. I mean both Anakin and Obi-Wan with had only recently become Jedi knights when they started training their apprentices for Anakin, especially the council probably she should’ve assigned a more experienced master someone like plo koon or kit fisto would be great for the job
