Wouldn't it be considered a violation of the 5th amendment to accept a plea bargain? Signing a contract, saying I am acting as witness against myself and accepting this deal. Consider the prosecution offering a deal, accept this deal, or I'll lock you up for a year, two, or three, fine the dogshit out of you, take your stuff, etc. Wouldn't that void the contract the courts are attempting to establish, by using threats, intimidation, and coercion? Also, when any judge asks, do you waive your rights? Wouldn't that question be a violation of his oath to support and defend the constitution? How can an unlawful act, be lawful? Wouldn't breaking the law of the land, be considered an unlawful act? Even to suggest a man waive his rights, would be against the very idea and principles the constitution is said to enshrine? Is the Bill of Rights part of the constitution? Just a thought.

I have been slacking honestly because I went to court w my landlords and I won against the eviction. But they are trying to do anything now to get me out. And then had a fire right before Christmas BECAUSE they didn't even have a smoke detector in my trailer. And they still never came to bring me one my daughter's gma brought us 3. So I been going through a lot with them but I'm back now for sure. Just trying to learn everything I can. I just love this stuff and I want to teach my daughter it and everyone around me .
