I agree when I heard xikers will be not participating which is one of my ults I thought I'll not watch this but only for My Oneus I'll be watching this and also I kinda like younite songs

Personally, I don't stand or even casually listen to any of these groups because the songs that I have heard from them felt like another basic, colorless, carbon copy song that the next boy (or girl) group before and beside them did. I feel like because so many of these companies small or medium are trying to churn out groups, for that gain, they don't prioritize giving the group the tools they need to separate themselves from the grand pool of competition. After a certain point in 4th gen, and seeing a new group debut or one that I hadn't discovered yet, I go and click on their MV to see what they're giving and I leave the video like 'oh...' Because I've seen 90% of the moves, that make up their whole choreo, from previous groups before. I've heard the cliche sounds and feels of the song they put their all into. And this is not to take away from their talent, but if we're comparing to those in the previous generations and even in the beginning stages of 4th, the groups that I stanned gave me something different to look forward to and rave about. And if I'm honest, even some of my groups from 4th gen, who I love dearly, are starting to sound stale. They still give %100 and put out interesting music, but it's getting harder to separate the sound of each era because they're so comfortable in their formulas. I don't see a lot of groups (specifically boy groups cause that's what I'm focused on) play around with their concepts. It's usually we pick our main concept and don't stray too far from it to experiment. I watched the first episode of Kingdom and was thoroughly unimpressed by every group, except for one part of the show where The One Crew did their group performance. I did enjoy that performance. Despite me not looking out for the groups, I still wanted to give it a shot, because the show can bring out the best moments for a group, but so far, with episode one, everything was mid. Those performance, both solo and grouped were basic, to the point that I wouldn't think needed to be presented at a grand award show. It gave top-tier trainee performances and it's unfortunate that that's the direction we've turned towards. Kpop has only gotten more mediocre and boring with exception of a small handful of groups. I do hope the groups do better after this show but my hopes in general are not high.

Im a tomoon but i dont really think we have a strong chance of winning 🙃 i mean, yeah im quite a negative person, (but recently im gaining more fighting spirit thanks to oneus) but if we actually look at the voting power of tomoons.... it's quite depressing for someone who does everything she can for the mission and just see how.... low we are catching up compared to others.... It's a race, and only the first group to reach 100 will win... Atp, this just proves that no matter how great Oneus is, there is still no guarantee that they will win... Voting plays an important role in this show and considering how weak tomoons are in voting power, i dont know anymore...
