Adding random stuff to a fiat bravo because well why not and the reason you can’t hear the speakers is due to copy right but I will test them tomorrow with a no copy right sound

    As a point of note, always change the condenser with the points. Always did as a mechanical engineer. Point gap was 16 thou when i was younger but 12 obviously works. Thank you.

    Looking good, but if you do this again use a burner of some kind because that soldering iron isn't hot enough to heat everything true. And it will not flow entirely between the tube and connector if that makes sense

    Thank you for your video, it's the only reference I can find that mentions the relationship between the magnet and the points opening. Now I'm off to adjust my cam which seems to be stuck fast!

    Thank you for this video, you're the only one I've found who clearly explains the relationship between the magnet and the points opening, many don't even mention it. Now I'm off to try and remove my cam which seems to be stuck fast!

      It’s a old Lister D type engine maybe from 1940 it’s such a simple design but they’re awesome

    • @DianeLong-fv4vm
      @DianeLong-fv4vm 2 місяці тому

      It's not a hit and miss it's an enclosed crank they where made in Dursley England by lister Ltd they later moved to Gloucester it looks like a 1940s lister d type so is probably a spec 28DH d meaning the type and h meaning that it's hopper cooled and me I'm a serious lister nerd 😂
