I only feed 5 to 10 pellets per goldfish every meal ☝️ You don’t want nasty water. Because you will only do water changes 20% Water Changes once a week.

I feel guilty but look love. You caused this by not cleaning your goldfish out. Put them in a bucket, clean that shite out of everywhere and then get a half decent filter airstone and gravel vacuum, decent goldfish pellets and iccaassionally like 2 times a week feed real bloodworms. It only takes money and lazyitis is what you are suffering your goldfish on. Another lazy man. Just clean the poor bastards! Every fucking day! Carefully. Clean gilters buy tetra aquasafe buy a few plastic buckets, by a ph test strip buy a bubble machine buy a becent sized tank, keep it clean. Do not put goldfish together. Just get 1 but just do not actually. Stop this dirty man from buying goldfish they grow huge and then you can kill and not eat them. Vlean the effing shit ok love xxxx

That’s not bullying it’s his mating ritual 😂 he’s more mature than the other goldfish you’ve chosen. I have huge orandas and ryukin together and the love it! Also I wouldn’t keep ryukin with my ranchu (I have lionheads and normal ranchu) they don’t have the same swimming abilities due to the lack of dorsal fin. I suggest you get another tank and seperate them because they won’t keep up with ryukins 😊

hello, I just acquired a fish tank the exact same dimensions as the one for which you built this stand. did you end up using this stand for that tank with it filled with water, which I think would put the weight of the fish tank over 1000 lbs? if so, how did the stand perform under all of that weight? thank you for the video!

ive had my first oranda goldfish for 8 days now and he does this too. its confusing, its a 40 gallon tank with 4 oversized sponge filters with air pump set on max. he is the only fish in there right now and the water quality is good so oxygenation should not be an issue. it is concerning because like why is he doing that? it makes me think there's an issue but I don't think there is, because he is otherwise super active and healthy. it hasn't caused any issues so im gonna try to not worry about it too much. maybe your/our fish are just kind of quirky?

I also notice this with my koi. Especially the younger/ smaller ones. Climate/ temperature has an effect. In colder weather the koi are darker, in summer they tend to become lighter. Also noticed this in water PH and salinity changes. Very interesting

Hi my oranda laid egg 3days before now all fry are free swim i feed boiled egg yolk because brine shrimp not hatch yet how many time i need to feed egg yolk when do i need to change water also how big their tank must be for 1month

Awesome video, Peter. Thank you for posting, made it a lot easier for me to determine an estimate for the age of my new orandas. Another question for you: The goldfish that were mostly lacking color, kind of like a brownish/blackish color… Did those ever develop into any other colors? That is pretty much how all 3 of mine look at about 18-20 weeks. I couldn’t tell if any of yours had changed from that since the amount of fish changed often

My fry are 3 days old tomorrow. Would be my goldfish second spawn. First one unfortunately lost them all but this time around seems to be going good. Have about 50-60 fry. Eating freshly hatched brine shrimp.

Hey Peter! I have watched many of your videos before and it made me wonder about your fish from the start to the future within your hobby you loved. In my videos I have not made mych progress keeping fish and keeping them the way professionals did because I have been too popped in my head on rescuing these unique fish 😂. This time, I want to get better and be more organized. And this time I like to find what's best for my fish no matter the time and energy taking into the account. I hung around Facebook for a while since, and the posts I came fom The Goldfish Council helped me view the unknown knowledge that I seen in the past 3 years. Now, I wanna get to doing goldfish hobby more intrinsically such as with hybridization and species cross viability and fertilization rate. Such studies that I find is you can cross two fish of the same genus (Carassius Auratus × Carassius Cuvieri) and still get fertile offspring. I'll talk to you more about it on the most recent video you have! Thank you for posting good quality videos and hopefully to hear from you soon!
