I'm sick myself. My bi-polar 2... it genuinely makes me lose my mind if I don't take my meds. Stuck in institutions, hopeless and terrified, numb and drifting. I felt so very seen when I watch this movie. When my illness starts to hedge me in, I watch it.

How did he get the ISA when it's for indie filmmakers. Russell has been a major film maker for a long time and he used two major film stars for the film. That's a bit of a sneaky way to win an award that should be for more ACTUAL indie films

This has to be one of my favourite films of all time - brilliant story telling - such beautiful characters and an even better ending. What a cast

Jennifer lawrence has an abundance of empathy which allows her to walk in the shoes of the characters she plays..she is authentic and one of the best actors of all time.

Movie was way ahead of its time

Jennifer has an average talent. I'm not saying that she doesn't have any talent, just that it's an average talent. David's films are below average...so his high opinion of her makes sense.

Who has rewatched the movie in 2020? Jlaw and Bradley are amazing in this movie. And also De Niro. This movie is freaking awesome. Great story, quality is perfect for a 2012 movie, there's no words for how good this movie actually is. I did not like romantic until I discovered Jlaw, than watched silver linengs, passangers ect. it's.... best

Idk why but from the first time I saw the part of the scene in the diner where Tiffany clears the table I am reminded of Jack Nicolson's clearing the table scene in Five Easy Pieces. I think it has to be the intensity of that moment, more specifically the feeling of release from the tension that in JLaw's performance increases quite quickly til it must be released but in JNicol's performance it's a longer, slower build tho the release is so similar and equally satisfying as Tiffs.

This is one of my Favorite movie.... I loved all the characters.

I always get the chills when O'Russell yells 'Oh yeah! That's Cinema!"

Chris Tucker IS incredible in the movie. I loved Bradley Cooper more back then. Nowadays he seems to be a little too jaded/blunted imo. Here, he really still gives credt where credit´s due...

katniss and tiffany has the same hair color, but i couldn't see katniss in tiffany or jennifer lawrence. she's so good at what she does and haters can go fuck themselves for hating JLaw but she's still the best and highest paid actress.

I really enjoyed this movie! It's true, casting/great acting was key but the story/screenplay was genius in itself. Thanks to a great directing too, of course.
