The beach is small but you can walk further down to your left and the beach is a lot better. And yes you can can have photos anywhere around the hotel :)

Hey! They give you tents to sleep in but the campsites are used by different companies so the toilets are what ever is there. Usually it’s a hut, hole in the ground or just out in nature

You’ll love it! It was the best. There’s no where to charge. We had two power banks. You honestly don’t go on your phone much because there’s no signal and you’re too busy walking and chatting so it doesn’t go down quickly and we also had a camera. Hope that helps :)

Haha I know it’s so vague! So it’s two in tent and you can rent the sleeping bag from them for an extra cost and then you can get a free mattress or pay for a better one and I’d recommend paying for the better one!

Thank you 😄 our holiday was all inclusive so our transfers were included. It’s a pretty much a straight road from Cancún to unico so a transfer will be straight forward. Book before hand so it’s cheaper ☺️

@@GabbyandEthan we are booking the all inclusive straight through UNICO. I more meant like was the transfer easy to find at the airport? Are you in a car with someone else or like a bus? Just more wondering about the logistics from the airport to UNICO. And was the drive bad or did it seem to go by quickly? Thanks!!

So ours was arranged by Tui, the holiday package company, so it might be a bit different but yeah it’s easy to find, there’s people with signs up outside of the hotel with the hotel name at the entrance. They will ask for your name and then tick it off. Ours was a private transfer and went by quickly but it depends on time of day because traffic can get quite bad on the main road! Our transfer was efficient and I’m sure yours will be too x

Walk further down to the left of the hotel and it’s gets much better and more beautiful 😍 apparently someone a while ago said you could rent snorkelling gear but when I asked they said you couldn’t! We took our own snorkelling gear. No paddle boards to rent I don’t think either

Hi Kevin! On the morning we met at the G adventures office in Cusco but we made to sure to get a central hotel so we didn’t have far to walk. On the way back we were dropped off at a hotel where the majority of the group were staying (the people who booked a multi tour ticket). We weren’t staying there so we had to make our own way but it wasn’t too late, it was about 7pm and we were close by so didn’t need a taxi. Also Cusco is really busy till late so walking around in the evening isn’t scary! Hope that helps!

Hey Jess, glad you’ve found it useful! I’ve been meaning to post a what to pack video so will let you know when we’ve posted that! We just did the trail only tour but some people did a tour with rainbow mountain and the Amazon and they really liked that because it meant they had people they knew from doing machu on it. So might be worthwhile to do a package one if you’re a solo traveller or wanting to make friends

Yes tents included in the price and you can rent sleeping bags and trekking poles at the meeting the day before (that’s when you’ll pay for them)

You’re welcome! We’re from the U.K. and we had wifi at the hotel, outside of the hotel I had to pay an extra £10 with my company to use my phone in Mexico. Charging ports in the hotel are fine. They have USB ports so most phones should be fine

Aw you’re welcome, you’ll love it! So yeah they offer 25% off but the price is still mega expensive so it didn’t make a difference to us and we didn’t use it. If you have the money to pay then it do it, it looked amazing but the price even with the discount is probably very top end of what you’d pay in the UK/US

We did!! We didn’t use them until day 2 but we got them in Cusco. Tbh it wasn’t sickness we felt it was more lightheaded but buy some just in case :)

Yes! That’s exactly the differences! I think if you’re wanting something slimmer and lighter then go for the originals or if you’re wanting something more chunky/grunge then go for the bex! Which ever you choose I don’t think you’ll regret it. I’ve now bought some chunky doc sandals so I have a chunky doc shoe and a not so chunky boot! Love both!

@@GabbyandEthan If my foot is 23,4 cm what size do you think I should get? I never know. Every time I get shoes, it happens that i fit well in 36, 37, 37,5 or 38 (European sizes) depending on the brand, so I really have no idea. And I know the charts don't always match with the actual shoe. I'm only worried about the length, cause I know the leather will break in.

We went with a tour guide which I would highly recommend doing! They picked us up from our hotel, they were called Sat Mexico Tours and we booked on trip advisor

There is a shop - think they do snacks but not sure. There is a mini fridge in the rooms that gets restocked with drinks everyday so that won’t be a problem! So jealous!! Enjoy your hol!
