A very accomplished performance. The concept was lost on me that night,though. I had to rely on other comments to ascertain the story. Did anyone else get Playing for Time's first few chords musical salute....Peter always gives value.

Gabriel has ended every concert since 1980 with this remarkable tribute the man that was Steven Biko. It remains as emotionally charged now as it did nearly forty-five years ago. It also remains a shocking indictment of how Biko remains a beacon of resistance in a world where barbaric governments still persecute the people. We must continue to resist injustice where ever it occurs and continue to work towards a better world where such sacrifices no longer need to be made in order to end oppression.
