You can’t bury people up on Mount Everest. It’s frozen rock. Everybody who tries to climb Everest goes up knowing there’s a 25% chance of death and if u do die there’s a good chance you’re staying in the mountain. It’s too dangerous for rescues and for bodies to be carried down but selfish people want that high so they put themselves and others in danger for the same high that opiate addicts chase.

By the time you summit, your body is in such bad shape that all you can do is the bare minimmum. Stopping to help could guarrentee your death.

I was having the worst day ever at work and decided to sequester myself to the conference room and work on a purely physical task while listening to my Mark Sandman station on Pandora. But I couldn't fricken log in because the conference room computer is so dumb. I literally picked a noun (GOBLIN) and searched for a podcast about that noun. I saw OSTARA in your video description and was hella happy to give it a listen. HOLY FRIGGIN' HAPPY TOWN! Yes, this shit is bananas. Yes, it was interesting. YES! It was witchy and educational. Did I know some of the stuff? Sure. But did i know it like i think i did? Nope. Thank you for fixing not just my day, but my whole energy. I love laughing more than i love other people's dogs - so, A LOT. And y'all gave me the laughs in such a fun way today. Shhh
