I hear the vibes of Mithotyn. Banger. Perhaps a bit more cleanup needed on the drums and bass mastering since they are somewhat dried up and thus make the sound a bit constricted in its character.
Oh, I liked Mithotyn back in the day, especially "King of the Distant Forest"! Interesting that you hear something of them in URTHUM. And yes, there's always room for improvement.
@@urthumblack Oh btw, I don´t know your rig, but I can recommend Audio-Technica ATH-M30 or M40 as good monitor headphones for working on sound under 130€. They are very good for spotting all the little fuckups during mastering and do not cost you a fortune.
