I saw it and it was excellent. Themes like class, immigration, love, guilt, and redemption are all part of the American experiment. It's a universal story
I had the privilege to experience Amir’s live performance at Hayes Theater,Broadway. In August 2022. One word “Impressive ! “ My wife and I moved by the play. Thank you Amir for outstanding performance .
The Kite Runner stuck with me as a novel years ago; two weeks after seeing the Broadway play I'm still considering the story, the heart and the soul that the cast and production put into the stage show. Taking such a textured story and bringing decades to life whether you read the book or not is a huge accomplishment. Such an outstanding achievement--excited to have recommended to some friends and hoping to go again. Such an awesome NYC Broadway experience!
