Really appreciate your video :) Question, on rest days do you still eat 1800 calories? On my rest days i tend to aim for 200 calories less than my maintenance and then i eat 100 more calories on lower body days. Also what is your split? You mentioned 3 leg days, what does that look like? I do two rest days hamstrings + glutes and then quads + glutes and i want to add another leg day but I don’t know what that would look like, full legs?
