C2 Kinnich Crushes Full Whale C6 Alhaitham
Was pulling for C6 Chevruse, and got C3 Kinnich in like 200 pulls 😂 Guess the world wants me to continue to be a dendro main...
44s run compared to 51s for Haitham. To be fair, Haitham can be optimized down to 45/46s range (with C6R5 Yae, C6R5 Nahida, and C6R5 Furina), but this Kinnich run could also be optimized down to sub 40 pretty easily with just C6R5 Emilie.
Kinnich is super fun, and looking forward to seeing if the pyro archon will buff him even more!

Put this together in only about 30 minutes of attempts or so. Probably lots of time save to be found, so will try to improve over the next couple of weeks. 70% dendro res on the chicken and the fat guy is pretty rough, but hoping to push into 47s range maybe

Not bad run. Could probably get to 60 seconds with 1s save on ch1 and ch2, but honestly have low motivation to REALLY grind for good times when characters like Mualani are hitting 29s top half right now. The power creep is very real and sadly Haitham just isn't competitive any more. I will still do my best to post impressive runs when I can though!

Finally got Nilou to C2, and went R5 on Key as well. Turns out this team is essentially the same speed as Spread for this abyss run. Surprisingly in single target (chambers 2/3), there is plenty of damage, and not surprisingly in multi wave/multi target (chamber 1), the bloom cores and constant dendro hydro shred from Nilou C2 are super strong. Was able to save 5 seconds on the first chamber thanks to Raiden. Her skill uptime means deepwood shred and quicken throughout the entire chamber with only swapping to her once. Pretty happy with this time - will probably stop here for now, and possibly revisit and shoot for 52/53 during the last blessing of this abyss that buffs skill damage. Frame Timers 22.53 20.21 13.2

27 20 13 Figured I would post my Day 1 attempts and see how much improvement there is to be made over time. Overall only about 45 minutes of attempts so there will be optimizations. Hoping to find a faster rotation for first chamber, and there should be a couple seconds to be saved on the Kenki and Dorito.

9 9 19 Pretty solid. 2-3ish seconds of timesave possible for an absolute perfect run. Booking probably could get down into low 30s territory, but I still prefer not to book, and the runs look much cleaner this way IMO.

10 10 21. Probably a second-ish of time save on each chamber without booking if you really push the limits. But RNG on the triple kenki is so painful its not worth the resets. Skill reset card used on the last chamber honestly because the rotation looked cool with it. I got a couple 21s runs without the reset card as well. 14(13) 28(27) 16=56 or 57s by frames Bottom half was very rough for Alhaitham this abyss... Zhongli was basically mandatory to break the Mek shield in Chamber 3. His universal shred also helps against the chicken who heavily resists Dendro. Yae over Fischl here as her damage is needed against the Chicken. @@Ellie_yt089 I recommend kuki over fischl in a lot of situations. Basically if you don't have furina c6 and fischl c6 then I would go with Kuki because you need healing for furina!

rough top half for him for sure. It is stacked in favor of kinnich, who gets 30% res shred on his c2 and another 30% on emilie c2. Hopefully i will have time to get around to bottom half eventually!

I think the real powercreep is when low cost childe international not only cant speedrun but also cant even clear full star anymore :( . As long as its still easy to clear with old chars thats not a problem for me.
