Technically it was a full moon on the 29th Spetember 2023 and this was record the night after. Maybe time for me to invest in a tripod and teleconvertor 😁

Thanks for the comment. This was actually captured in a nature reserve area within London (WWT London Wetland Centre) by the river Thames. Quite an suprpring location to find so many wild birds but also brilliant!
Oh that is so awesome! They are such awesome birds. I love to just sit and watch them. It's a really big thing to see herons because they are a very picky bird and the conditions need to be just right. The environment there must be perfect for them, it's also a sign that the area is stable and in good condition. Do you guys have nutrias? Giant aquatic rats? They are also a good sign of the health of the land. Unfortunately nutrias are invasive but they are really neat to watch too.

Jackdaws are such characters , clever and sociable . We have an entire community of them living in the chimneys of the houses along the road . Such beautiful eyes and a very distinctive call .
Yes they do have a distinctive call are are probably the most common bird where I live. They are clever alright, they have figured out how get food from the bird feeder designed for much smaller birds 😂

Nice video. What settings are you using to get UA-cam to accept 8k video? Everything I have tried downgrades to 4k with noticeably poorer results. I am upscaling to 8k but no joy. Thanks.
8192 by 4096, H265 encoder, 120Mbps and wait a while for processing
@@360VideosVR Thanks! I did one with your settings and after 1-2 days it was available in 8k. Then it turned odd: all the other videos uploaded from a >8k resolution are now in 8k. h265, h265, 4096p, 4320p, etc. All now available in 4320s.
