I do own the copyright to my own videos. He used several of my videos. I asked him twice to cite his sources in the video description and not just take what he wants. He didn't comply. So I claimed a copyright strike and his video was taken down. For the *third* time I sent him a message with my offer - no response from him.

@@ReunionsMusic even though this is fan footage, can you claim the copyright as you are exploiting musicians for capital gain without their approval. I mean, he created a unique video from many parts containing some of your footage, which you recorded without the bands permission. All I'm saying is that its pretty lame to call copyright when you are also posting fan footage. His video was well put together. Seems like a battle between pirates.

@@stevie1rock capital gain? 😅 I don't make a penny from from my videos, never did and surely never will. I respect your opinion that my copyright claim is lame. My opinion is that he should credit his sources. That's my only demand. He could just react to one of my *three* messages I sent him and link his sources, then I would take back my copyright claim but he doesn't. I don't know if he doesn't read his comments or whatever may be the reason for his failure to communicate. And yes, indeed could Team Springsteen or Nugs take down my videos but they don't. And if they choose not to, then it's their decision not to.

@@ReunionsMusic Fair play man, I'm just disappointed as myself and some people on the Springsteen group I'm on have commented and said how good the footage and mixing was. Pity the dude doesn't reply, it opens up the footage for people to see. I'll subscribe to you and watch your videos as well. Keep up the good work mate.

@@stevie1rock check the Greasylake thread "Barcelona Night 1 full show on youtube". Somebody on there downloaded the video and sends out a link via dm, so other people can download it. Thank you for subscribing. What people don't see is that quite a bit of editing (color correction, audio editing etc.) goes into my videos even if it doesn't look like it.
