    Looks impressive - may want to add heat storage in sand? That is a strange looking heat engine - did you copy the design from some other application?

    For the size of the heat source, doesn't the low differential engine use too much material?

      it use more material but stirling engine are long life stuff ... in that case his membrane and bearing are the weak part if the rest of it is well protected from corrosion and or made with inox for stuctural exposed to humidity part ... solar pannel lose power with time , stirling engine dont lose power with time ...

      and considering he cheatcode it for night time energy storage with his 2 cubic meter of oil ... we can say its valuable investment ... of course veg oil may root but if its cooking oil recovered ... the old wasted oil stil burn as fuel ... and friture food generate always waste new oil
