* 14count Aida fabric
* Embroidery thread (known as floss)
* Coaster / Fridge magnet case
* An embroidery needle
*Scissors
Some optional extras:
* Squared paper (for designing a pattern)
* Colours pens or pencils (for designing a pattern)
* Ruler
* Needle threader
* A plastic needle (this is an option for those who can't use sharps, and can ask someone else to cut the threads for you)

I am with you 100% having people constantly saying "you need to reach out" is a constant aggression that needs to stop. Asking for help does nothing when there is nothing out there. Mental health has been chronically underfunded for decades and now it's even worse than ever. There is nothing there.
Yes, it’s all interlinked, bame, lgbtq, and disability. And the statue was pure non violent direct action. Great!
I really hope this highlights all the accessibility issues and that the technology does exist to help accessibility. Great video x
