Bonaire has a region at the east called Bolivia. It's empty of people and only has a couple rugged roads. The coastline there is jagged and extreme, with great crashing even when the sea is fairly calm. I made this for my sister Kathy :)

Electric Foil boards can be rented in Bonaire. They aren't strictly legal, as there is an ordinance against foils, but apparently Stinapa is not enforcing it until they figure out what do about foils in general. They look like great fun above the surface, but terrifying if you are coming up at the end of a dive. You can clearly hear their sound here.
