Hey, Steve. I just got my CB207A and was a little disappointed. The wood grain didn't look anything like the photo on Amazon and I can see now that yours doesn't either. I guess they do enhance things to sell them. And hooked into the amp it sounded great, but acoustically, weak compared to my Kmise and Kala. It's the body depth. Online it says it's 3.54 inches but I measured it and it's not even quite 3. So now I am emailing Caramel about what to do. I don't know if I can trust the specs on other ukes as far as body depth.

Would have loved to hear it in proper action stomped while playing some guitar or something.

I saw this earlier today on Del's channel. I know I'm not sending him one of my first builds! I am hoping to send him a tin banjo of my own design soon. That will incorporate lessons I've already learned on my own, plus what I've picked up watching builders like you and Del.

My changes over time in these are similar to what you do now! Live and learn! Love your videos, Steve. I like .Del too.

Great idea for a video. I sold some of my early CBGs and now I'm mortified that somebody owns them. LOL. We learn something with each build. It's good to hear you critiquing all the things you think you did wrong but honestly, for a fifth build... it's pretty darn good. You obviously have a knack for building these babies.

I'm glad they sent you this. They sent me the Jam Buddy recently and gave me a choice between a few small amps. This one would've been my second choice. I thought it looked pretty cool for busking. Great review.

I really like the idea of this product. I might have to buy one! I like the self-contained batteries, USB C, the size of the mini amp, Bluetooth. The indicator lights are a nice addition as well. I wish it had a headphone port! I’m glad Joyo sent you one to review! And that’s a nice tenor guitar!

Yeah OK Spoiler Elert! I purchased one of these and installed a graphic EQ and peizo pickup.... the Zebra wood is fake, it Laminex and the fretboard and bridge are compensate laminated black wood of some sort, but not ebony or rosewood... there is very little wood in this instrument except for the neck... although it sounds good with a pickup installed... Great for stage and recording... FYI installation of a pickup can reveal thing that are unseen like fake wood... Sorry!

Hello, i bought a second hand guitar and the bridge came off after arriving 😂, i just bought a titebond glue and some sandpaper, can i fix it myself without a clamp? I have some weight to put on the top of the bridge, around 5L of water. And should i polish the wood until it's smooth? Or should i left some texture to make the area bigger for the glue to stick to? Do you have any tips? Thanks in advance!

Just realized mine doesn't have the slotted stock like yours. Also not a fan of the whale and starfish. Have actually thought about ways of covering them up.

Hey Steve. I know it's been a while since you posted this but I have a question. This Kmise model is my favorite baritone uke for some reason. Fit, feel, action. I know it's not the highest quality, but I like it. Have you ever come across any other brand/model that has the same or similar feel or maybe it's shape? Especially when strumming? I don't do much finger-picking - primarily strumming.

Great idea. The only upgrade I’d suggest getting some jeweler’s rouge and some polishing wheel for your Dremel.

The way you described this guitar, sounds like they used a lot of fancy words for cheap materials.

I picked one up at a thrift store for $10. I was wondering why my chords were sounding so horrible! Is it possible to fix the issue with being out of tune with itself? How involved is that? If it's possible to fix something, I want to. But I'm also realizing that if it's too involved, I won't do it. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing. I have a battle in my head about should I make the lid or bottom be the sound board. Bottom usually wins since I get nice graphics on the back and can more easily work on the insides... good choice. I mostly lead the neck from the corner o f rectangular boxes to get finger space similar to cut away built guitars
