I need the recipes for Norma Jeans cooking
I have been following all of your recipes, everything looks wonderful, you remind me so much of my mother. I am just starting to bake, a little late in the game. I lost my mother a couple of years ago, advice to everyone learn to bake while the generation before you are still around, don’t wait until it’s too late. I miss my mother and grandmothers baking. Norma, once again, thanks for sharing your recipes….I am looking up to you for baking skills. 😊
Looks delicious
Looks great, it’s like a combination of a meatball, a bracciola, and a meatloaf
Music was too loud couldn’t hear you!
Norma Jean! That looks fantastic! I’m gonna try both ways and think about your blessed Nonna. Simple is the best!!! Ps I wanted the recipe because my friend Nanna showed me before she died at 103 and I promised her I’d make them. At 98 she made them served them almost every Sunday for us. God bless Cin Cin
That veal roast looks amazing…….
So miss this lovely woman! I wish somebody would at least post something to let us know if she’s all right it’s been so very long since we’ve heard from Norma Jean.
I truly miss this woman and her videos! I wish somebody would at least post some thing to let us know if she’s all right because it’s been so very very long!
Making this with your video!! I know it's going to be delicious!!
Thank you to Nana and Mary ❤🇮🇹❤ and Thank you Norma-Jean for sharing the love 💕 💕. I’m looking forward to making both versions ❣️.
I can smell them Norma-Jean ❤. I’m binge watching your videos…hands down THE BEST 😘
💚🤍❤La Famiglia💚🤍❤️ 🎉🍷 🎉🍷. Just beautiful 😍🙏🏻. Italian girl from Brooklyn here 😉😘
Thoroughly enjoyed this video! Thank you Norma-Jean. 😘
Omgoodness ❤ I just found you last night when searching for an Italian bread 🥖 recipe. I watched so many UA-cam videos and I said…”I’m gonna make hers” 😅. I like you and you made it so easy 😊. I love 💗 your pantry Norma-Jean! I’m from Brooklyn, but moved to Florida to follow grandma and grandpa…sadly they are gone 22 years now 😢 I was always in the kitchen baking with my grandma Annie since I was a little girl….memories I cherish. This was my first Italian bread (I’m 63). The Italian bread was so delicious 😋 My husband thanks 🙏🏻 you 😂. Thank you for sharing your sweet pantry. Definitely gonna make this meatloaf too! What kind of cheese did you use? Love your bowl made in 🇮🇹 Your daughter does a great job filming too. I just wanna have coffee with you and talk 😂. Take care and God Bless. Donna B.
The sliced cheese…
❤❤❤
Hi Norma. I’m a home bread baker and came upon the first video I watched, of your Italian Bread, which I need to make. Then I watched other videos and you are great in the kitchen. I’m also Italian from New Jersey and enjoyed watching you make all these dishes and with your Family and Friends. I wish you would continue doing what you do best, cooking in the Pantry and making videos. Hope all is well, Rob!
Looks delicious! Going to try these! I'm glad I found your channel.
That looks fabulous, Norma Jean!
Great video and lesson, Norma Jean! Happy Easter!
This is how our family also makes the rice pies. Sooooo good. Sometimes… we add chunks of Cadbury Milk Chocolate here and there on top of the pie. Then we use the end of the spoon to have it sink down. Delish!! I am from Federal Hill also. My husband calls it “Garlic Mountain” 🥰 Thank you for sharing!!
This is a great holiday roast! Everyone loved it!
It’s February 8, 2022 and as Lent is fast approaching as well as Easter I always come back to this video to start looking for your sweet bread for Easter and your rice pie! We miss you terribly and though we haven’t heard from you in such a long time please drop us a note that you’re OK. You remain in my rosary and in my prayers.
Thank you💕
Fabulous, Norma. Randomly bumped into this. Great video, Nurse Nancy.

Thank you For sharing your story, God bless your beautiful family. I am going to try Franks Veal Roast. Looks amazing.🙏
Made this today. Love them and they are so addicting. Please keep making videos. Love to hear your family stories. I am Italian too.
Glad you like them!
I love watching your video's. Please make more. I made 3 of your recipes already. They were fabulous! You are a great cook and God bless.
I know it’s been awhile but please let us know how you are and if all is well with you.
Is that sweet or dry Marsala wine?
Miss you terribly, any possibility of you coming back?
Looks delicious 👍🏿Going to make this pie when I finish my fasting.
I wrote it out...Big T = Tablespoon little t = teaspoon Norma Jeans Ricotta Rice Pie Pie crust 2 pies 1c plus ¼ c flour 1/2t Baking Powder Mix well 1 egg 4T sugar 4T oil ( corn ) 2T milk maybe a little more 1/2t vanilla Mix / flour board surface and knead Cut in half/ flatten down to make 2 circles Use Rolling pin and flatten out dough circles…add a little flour on top Be gentle with it…it can break easily Fold and place in dish, don’t make the rim fold Don’t come to far up the edge Filling: 6 eggs ½ c sugar Beat this up! 1lb container of ricotta ½ qt of half and half 1 t vanilla Stop machine and add: 1 c River Rice already cooked, make great volume so judge little at a time Don’t add all the rice, looking for a nice consistency Take out lumps…use about ¾ of the rice in batter Some people add: pineapple Taste for sweetness Use a scoop and place filling into pie If you see any lumps break it up OVEN 325 near end put up to 350 Middle of the oven Plan on a good hour 325 for ½ hour 350 for 15 300 make sure center is cooked You need to refrigerate these pies
Thank you!☺
Thank you for doing this!
❤thank you so much
That was amazing to watch! I'll have to save this recipe for Christmas since it's Holy Saturday right now. Thanks Norma Jean and Happy Easter!🙏.
You did Frank proud! May Frank, you and your family be blessed with the grace of God..
I am so glad your back, I was so worried about you. I'm so sorry for your loss and your husband will be remembered in my Rosary especially during this Holy Week. God bless you and welcome back. ❤️🙏.
Thank you Diane. I miss him terribly. I appreciate your kinds thoughts and prayers, Norma-Jean
You make it look so easy but like you said," practice", I gotta try this for Easter this year!
You are an excellent teacher, love the easy recipes you share, so entertaining watching your friends and family try the food you make, looks so good, Great job!
I also love the 3 hour silence on Good Friday afternoon, I too think it's a beautiful tradition.
I just love your videos! Your so calming and delightful to watch and listen to. I'm worried about you though because it's been so long since you've been on. Can someone let us know if everything is ok? God bless.
I'm really worried about you Norma Jean, it's been so long since you posted any videos and I'm hoping your alright.
Very concerned that I haven't seen you since 2017. Is it possible that someone can update us ? God bless.
Just sending prayers hoping your well. I haven't seen another video in quite awhile and was concerned. I hope you'll be with us again soon. God bless you.
Can you just clarify the cooking time and temp please?
If I am using actual measuring spoons will the recipe be different then yours since your using a regular spoon? Also the flour, should I not level off the cups as I usually do? Thank you.
