Short but steep hike to Voipir glacier located in Villarrica National Park in Pucon, Chile. A hike back in time thru the forest of Araucarias. Felt like going back 250 Million years to the Triassic period. Amazing scenery of the Andes range and the lake region of Southern Chilean Patagonia. Enjoy!!!!!

Gravel ride from Pucon to Caburgua in Chile. Have a new four legged furry friend coming along for the first 10K. Caburgua is a beautiful lake town 25K from Pucon. Weather was fantastic in the mid 40's to lower 50's. Enjoy!!!!

Hike in Parque Nacional Huerquehue in Pucon one of Southern Chile's most beautiful parks. Weather was cold around 40F, but sunny. This was a hike with lot's of elevation gain. Towards the top the trail was covered with ice. Views from Mirador 1& 2 of volcan Villarica were amazing. Enjoy!!!!

Hike to El Claro in Pucon, Chile. Route meanders thru back roads and thru an amusement park. Plenty of furry friends on the way. A beautiful hike about 22Km and 7 hrs to complete. Impressive waterfall at the end. Enjoy!!!!
Villarica Volcano Sky Resort visit Pucon Chile

Visit to Villarica Volcano Sky complex. Villarica or Rucapillan in the native Mapuche language is one of Chile's most active volcano having it's last eruption on 2020. At an elevation of 2860M(9380ft) it makes a great sky resort. Enjoy!!!

Time is up in Argentina heading for a new country; Chile in route to Pucon the lake region of Chile. Leaving Argentina via the Hua-Hum border crossing with a superb ferry ride across the magnificent Fjords of Lake Pirihueico. We will be back in another 90 days!!!
