      There is definitely no financial benefit to me as realtor if my customers pay a CDD to the developer of their new community. It’s like saying I make more money somehow if property taxes are higher. I did make a previous video explaining what CDD fees are that you might be interested in watching for more info on this.

    These building these homes are not typical. Who builds a home with a two car garage? Mom dad, two kids driving age. I am not going to do the car shuffle several times a day. For a 2,700 it requires at least a three car garage. Storage? Never enough. Bathroom storage always inadequat and never a linen closet or butler'pantry. Why? And what is with the dinky yards? Hard pass.

    • @stevegallatin
      @stevegallatin 2 дні тому

      if you build you can definitely choose a larger lot and also have the 3 car garage built. There are some builders here that will customized more than others so it all depends on the builder you choose.

    well, if the drain line is long like mine, a water hose from the garden is the way to go, as otherwise a pressure blow at the air handler may not push all the debits out of the long drain line

      it was initially dripping slowly when I first pumped it but the more I did the more started flowing so I think it depends on how much water you push through with the air. I was pouring more water in to test it once it started flowing

    I have a ball valve to shut the air flow back to the AC. I remove the cap from the pipe, turn the valve off and blow the water out. Then I drop a piece of an algae tablet down the pipe to the trap, put on the cap and turn the valve on. Ten seconds, no tools required.

    You described every fun reason to move to Florida. Also, putting ahutters on your house saves on planning for hurricanes and lowers insurance. Next, just research flood zones where you're looking to buy a house. My house sits very high, and I have a pond in the backyard that's 6ft below the foundation of the house before it overflows to the canal to move water away. 8in of rain in 4 hours last week, and the only problem was the pool overtopped. Wildlife is gonna be in every state you live. If you respect the wildlife, you'll be fine. Yes, it's a tourist atate, but that's primarily during summer and holidays. You can go get a season pass for a park and go between Oct and mid-February, and nobody is there (If you plan to do this buy them between Feb and March as the parks are trying to make quick cash and its cheap). I personally live 15min from the beach right outside Cape Canaveral. Ive driven to Clearwater to go the gulf and also driven to Miami to experience that beach. Also Florida is the 1st state to have "high" speed rail. It's currently being expanded to go from Miami to Tampa where as now it's only Miami to Orlando.

    Let me give you 74 reasons to move to FL. 1. No state income tax. 2. Gas $2 to $2.50 less per gallon than California. 3. People are nicer. 4. Lots of fun water sports. 5. Housing considerably lower than California. 6. Lots of cheap electricity for AC in Summer compared to socialist California. 7. Not as many woke crazies as California and so on for the next 67 reasons. So, my two cents. The palm meadow cockroaches take a bit of getting used to. Just get a good home pest company to start treating regardless of how much of a neat freak you are.

Probably not a method I would use as I have other means to deal with such an issue if needed. But, if its all you have and it works it's good to know. I'm sure it will help someone.

    How language affects job opportunities. If you are not a fluent bilingual, your options are quite limited. Not to mention working in an environment where some staff members may speak several languages and others only one. When I moved from Maryland to Miami, my car insurance DOUBLED overnight. A large chunk of your day, to and from work, will be spent in traffic. PARKING !!! Homes are very close together. Land and yard space are minimal. Some of these issues may or may not be a concern, but you should do a lot of research and investigating before you decide.

      In the hallway, the heater unit. take panel off, and look for the A shape evaporator with a plastuc pan under it, and look for the hose looking line connected to that pan that runs down to the floor and at bottom of the mobilehime... Usually, it has clamps. Turn off the AC while working on it

      Yes that’s a good option however bleach is not if you have a restricted drain then you risk it coming back into the evap coil drain pan and cause damage with the corrosion..

    I say if its a pull-out drawer style microwave it goes on the bottom. But if it is just a normal common microwave it goes on the top!
