Unbelievable Home in St. John's County Community!
All I see is you benefiting from the fees that you are talking about and that's the only motivation you had to make a video about fees that you're applying to other people.
There is definitely no financial benefit to me as realtor if my customers pay a CDD to the developer of their new community. It’s like saying I make more money somehow if property taxes are higher. I did make a previous video explaining what CDD fees are that you might be interested in watching for more info on this.

Where did you buy your pump? Why don't you seal up the gaps with tape?
I got the pump from a local bike shop. tape would probably help for sure but wan't needed
Where did the water go?
Hi depends where you have the A/C drainage if is outside the house or the basement of the house!
Pvc line drain
@@antonioarvelo9435 Go outside and look at that mountain of mold that came out.
These building these homes are not typical. Who builds a home with a two car garage? Mom dad, two kids driving age. I am not going to do the car shuffle several times a day. For a 2,700 it requires at least a three car garage. Storage? Never enough. Bathroom storage always inadequat and never a linen closet or butler'pantry. Why? And what is with the dinky yards? Hard pass.
if you build you can definitely choose a larger lot and also have the 3 car garage built. There are some builders here that will customized more than others so it all depends on the builder you choose.
Beautiful
Absolute genius. Youre seriously the smartest person in the planet right now. Thank you!
Definitely the cheapest way to do it.
haha thanks
Thanks so much!
You bet!
Everybody? Like me and my two dogs? 😅
lol I'm sure the dogs will love it
You need to flush the line in Spring just before you are gong to get the a/c going, I use a cordless 1 gal vacuum. You will be surprised to see the amount of gunk in the line. Next you do it every two months religiously.
well, if the drain line is long like mine, a water hose from the garden is the way to go, as otherwise a pressure blow at the air handler may not push all the debits out of the long drain line
Another video that is 3minutes too long
Everything will continue climbing out of control if Kamala gets in there.
just might
If Harris gets in and starts handing out 25k incentives for 1st time home buyers, I guarantee my next house I sell we be 25k more.
if rates go up it might cancel out that $25k though
Great idea. Would one of those electric tire inflators work?
Not sure maybe
You didn't unclog the drain...you just made a hole in the clog big enough for air to pass thru
it was initially dripping slowly when I first pumped it but the more I did the more started flowing so I think it depends on how much water you push through with the air. I was pouring more water in to test it once it started flowing
I have a ball valve to shut the air flow back to the AC. I remove the cap from the pipe, turn the valve off and blow the water out. Then I drop a piece of an algae tablet down the pipe to the trap, put on the cap and turn the valve on. Ten seconds, no tools required.
nice!
Thanks a bunch! ✌🏼
You bet!
I live in AZ and my HVAC unit is on my roof. I've noticed a PVC pipe from the unit the lays on the roof to drain. Do I use the wet/dry vac or bike pump from that PVC line into the unit? Thanks.
I think so but I'm not familiar with that type of setup.
Your wet dry vacuum can also blow out your drain line
probably the best option if you have one.
Really nice share! Great idea
Thank you so much 🙂
@@stevegallatin You are very welcome!
I am an AC man. We have pumps for simple restrictions and CO cartridges to blow out the gunk that regular pumps cannot handle. He got lucky it was not hard gunk or hard mineral in the condensation line 😅
I am a homeowner and I bought my own CO cartridge blaster for the lines. If you can't do your own maintenance and cleaning you have no business owning a house.
@@crand20033 I'm a HOME owner who works for a Company that specialize in installing A/C systems and also provide A/C service. I'm a service tech who obviously service A/C systems. Not ALL homeowners, who own a A/C has the knowledge or the understanding why they need to clean their A/C system or to flush/clean the condensate drain system, so your statement not even TRUE!
I have thoughts of moving out of Florida in the future for better job opportunities
depends where you live in fl and what career. NE FL is great for people in medical, military or financial services for exp.
@@stevegallatin Ones such as technology
Easy fix, rent don't buy.
rent goes up eventually with home prices.
1:16 Talk about tourists and how busy it can get but snowbird season is even worse - try hiring a car or moving house or renting it is 300% harder doing that time of year
yeah its kind of year round because we have snowbirds in the winter and people on vacation in the summer
My number one reason for wanting to move to Fl is to get a free pet alligator and Iguana.
best comment lol
You described every fun reason to move to Florida. Also, putting ahutters on your house saves on planning for hurricanes and lowers insurance. Next, just research flood zones where you're looking to buy a house. My house sits very high, and I have a pond in the backyard that's 6ft below the foundation of the house before it overflows to the canal to move water away. 8in of rain in 4 hours last week, and the only problem was the pool overtopped. Wildlife is gonna be in every state you live. If you respect the wildlife, you'll be fine. Yes, it's a tourist atate, but that's primarily during summer and holidays. You can go get a season pass for a park and go between Oct and mid-February, and nobody is there (If you plan to do this buy them between Feb and March as the parks are trying to make quick cash and its cheap). I personally live 15min from the beach right outside Cape Canaveral. Ive driven to Clearwater to go the gulf and also driven to Miami to experience that beach. Also Florida is the 1st state to have "high" speed rail. It's currently being expanded to go from Miami to Tampa where as now it's only Miami to Orlando.
expensive living and home owning, roaches and a wide variety of crawlers..if that's fun for you oh, hurricanes and severe floods...lol
youre the minority home owner 95% of the rest of the state is below sea level .
dont come to florida, we are full and very anti antisemitic
Let me give you 74 reasons to move to FL. 1. No state income tax. 2. Gas $2 to $2.50 less per gallon than California. 3. People are nicer. 4. Lots of fun water sports. 5. Housing considerably lower than California. 6. Lots of cheap electricity for AC in Summer compared to socialist California. 7. Not as many woke crazies as California and so on for the next 67 reasons. So, my two cents. The palm meadow cockroaches take a bit of getting used to. Just get a good home pest company to start treating regardless of how much of a neat freak you are.
the palmetto bugs are quite friendly compared to cockroaches haha
Spare me. I've spent the last 50 years squarely in the Rust Belt. I am moving to Redington Beach in October. The retirement party will be in Buffalo. The rest of my life will be in Redington Beach.
FL is heaven compared to the rust belt lol
Yea i agree. Dont move to Florida
it's great for some but not for everyone that's for sure
@stevegallatin yea I was born and raised here and it definitely has it pros and cons. I just hate to see our state being overcrowded by people that constantly rag on florida but decided to move here anyway
I would think the hurricanes would be reason enough to stay out of Florida
Really depends on where in FL. Some places are almost never affected but others get hit often
I’ve lived in Florida my entire life. The hurricanes are probably one of the funniest parts, but don’t come to Florida. Because we don’t want y’all we are already full of liberal 🏳️🌈 from California New York.
I think Florida does a good enough job keeping people out just being Florida. Why would anyone want to live there? lol
For whatever reason there seem to be tons of people moving here
Why did I actually think that it was a room 😂
that's what I love about it!
Please don't move to Florida..... we're full.
filling up fast!
Ain't that the truth!
F**ck Florida. Overflowing with trash. Might as well move into a portable toilet.
I spoke to the manufacturer of the condensate pump they said never to use beach since it will eat away the seals and rubber gaskets in the condensate pump. They recommend white vinegar as a safe cleaner to kill the mold and algae in the condensate lines and pump.
Good to know
Do New York next
That one’s too obvious. No need for a video 😂
You can increase the seal by placing a rag around the open top to help cover the opening. Get it wet and ity will seal even better. It will only work faster if you can keep pressure on it. Probably not a method I would use as I have other means to deal with such an issue if needed. But, if its all you have and it works it's good to know. I'm sure it will help someone.
What are your other solutions? I only know about the HVAC solution
@@jmjm003 what do you mean??
good idea. I forgot to mention I kind of do that with my hand a little
No way, the way he showed it, the air will just come out the top and do nothing.
I whish that i had house like that
right!? anything is possible
I wish that i had a house like that
@@Frankm6o me too!
My ac unit won't shut off it will run all day it. Cools my have. I've changed the air filter. Sprayed my coils with water. Got any suggestions?
I’m not an HVAC pro but maybe it’s a problem with the temperature gauge? Or could be the area being cooled is too large for the unit to handle. Definitely call a pro
Might be low on refrigerant, yes please call a pro and see what they can do for you.
Could also be that your home is poorly insulated...also check your ducts for leaks / connections(I had 2 8" lines that were completely unhooked)
@@patricioblanco941Could also be a stuck contactor. Still need to call a pro if you're not HVAC or electricly inclined.
How language affects job opportunities. If you are not a fluent bilingual, your options are quite limited. Not to mention working in an environment where some staff members may speak several languages and others only one. When I moved from Maryland to Miami, my car insurance DOUBLED overnight. A large chunk of your day, to and from work, will be spent in traffic. PARKING !!! Homes are very close together. Land and yard space are minimal. Some of these issues may or may not be a concern, but you should do a lot of research and investigating before you decide.
Great points
You only have to be bilingual if you live in the pits of Florida
@@stevegallatin you should’ve mentioned that we don’t want nobody to move here because they fuck over all of us And we will fight back
Bruh never cooked an egg in his life. Or he burned many.
I like my eggs extra well done 😂
HELP😮😮😮😮 IM IN A MOBILE HOME HOW DO I FIND MY DRAIN LINE
In a mobile home if it’s in a closet and doesn’t have white pvc pipe then it might have a flex plastic hose. Your best bet is to find out where it drains/leads to outside your home and use a shop vac to suck all that gunk out.
what @patricioblanco941 said
shop vac is ideal. bike pump is just a solid backup option if you don't have one
In the hallway, the heater unit. take panel off, and look for the A shape evaporator with a plastuc pan under it, and look for the hose looking line connected to that pan that runs down to the floor and at bottom of the mobilehime... Usually, it has clamps. Turn off the AC while working on it
i just boil some water in a teapot and poor it down the line...
Hmm never heard of that one. Works good?
@@stevegallatin yes. It cleans it out really well. All that jelly mix flows straight out
Yes that’s a good option however bleach is not if you have a restricted drain then you risk it coming back into the evap coil drain pan and cause damage with the corrosion..
Just did this today 😂
Especially if you buy a Lennar home
absolutely
If it is Lennar then there is your answer
Toll bros actually
Giant double roller shade with strings. I love the light, not enough light in bathrooms!
yes!
Looks like it would suck
definitely awkward
The drawer mics are a bi#$h to clean. I'm a fan of no mics.
Didn’t think about that
I say if its a pull-out drawer style microwave it goes on the bottom. But if it is just a normal common microwave it goes on the top!
That makes sense. Bottom still feels awkward to me
