    • @Dr.Aisha_FNP

      Hey! In my experience employers usually don’t care where you got your degree from, unless they’re a magnet facility. As long as you have an unencumbered license. I don’t know of any LPN programs offered at a university. Those programs are usually offered at technical schools and community colleges.

    Hey nurse I have a question I wanted to know how long is the mastersin nurse practitioner gerontology program is for how soon can you finish because it says it’s for two years ideally and you cannot finish before two years it is a guided program but not accelerated can you elaborate. On the website it is confusing although it’s not a flex program it is guided, but it will not let you complete it early hmmm but it will give you the option to slide the scale to half of a year, which is less than six months.

Funny how I was just thinking about where I could squeeze in having a baby, should I just postpone it after or not but here you are. On the other hand, I don’t wanna do clinicals or face patients anymore, so I’m curious if you have any idea about the bsn-dnp clinical executive/leader program? Also, I had my bsn from the Philippines which is also one thing I need to know more since most programs require an accredited bsn school.mmmh

    i am an LVN in california but i am a regional nurse and i make $145,000.00. just to motivate other LVNs. you can easily to over $100,000. even tho cali has the highest taxes and cost of living. my house with swimming pool was $600,000 (monthtly mortgage is $3,000) and my tesla (car payment is $600). not to brag but to motivate. i still have money leftover as well for my personal needs and traveling. do not think $80,000.00 is the max you can make as an LVN. manager roles makes more then that as LVNs.

    • @Dr.Aisha_FNP
      @Dr.Aisha_FNP Рік тому

      A preceptor is a clinical teacher. At each clinical site, you shadow and learn from someone who is already in the role you’re aspiring/learning to become. The pay is good for a FNP but this depends on your geographic location. Those with a DNP working as a nurse practitioner get the same pay as those with a MSN. More pay for a DNP comes into play when moving up the corporate ladder (e.g. Director, VP, CNO). All CRNA programs are now DNP programs, no less than 3 years of full time study. I hope this helped. Thank you for watching.
