Hello, undecided if I should get a Sliding Footbrace (Parallel or Telescoping) for the stern seat for a JD Pro2 it seems like you have a telescoping in yours, my daughter is about 5'5 130 if that matters. I would appreciate any advice ultimate goal is the Ausable, I've watch a few of your vids

That smiple "concave" of the Hypr paddle does not seem like a great idea at all, except possibly as a training tool. I appreciate your comments on it. (I am a QuickBlade fan; I get so happy paddling with it, it just seems perfect to me.) Come paddle out of Dana Point sometime. We have great scenic local paddling destinations and lovely ocean conditions almost all the time.

So Phun watching this. I paddled white water most of my paddling time but I did race 1 year tandem men’s and a couple of races solo. I really enjoyed it and it lead me to touring and some incredible trips. Love the 360 view, so Phun, to look all around and watch the fans on shore, the competitors and both of you paddling. Great race. Interesting how many have high performance boats but know little of paddling techniques. Great race. Thanks again for this video.

Aloha KT - you DON"T want the WOBBLE.. that means you're NOT CATCHING water DELAY ... A swimmer will intuitively know what Water Delay is to CATCH water ... IF you know how to swim well and can CATCH water with your HANDS then you will know how to FEEL the SOLIDITY of Water with ANY Paddle .. The Disciplinarian just will not allow a catch that is NOT SQUARE to the HULL of your BOAT and you can't EXIT half stroke either ..it will spin out of your hands .. and as a Puakea Team Rider.. I know Johnny taught you to have PATIENCE in your stroke right ? and certainly didn't get it right in 15 mins or LESS ? - I would MASTER the Catch in calmer waters first .. learn how to get MORE TRAVEL per stroke before "chipping" the water at a high rate ... Use your MORE of your big muscles... absolutely VITAL as petite woman competing against bigger women paddlers ...
