Howells serve at 10:23 was challenged by Ben Johns. But upon review, they ruled that there was no fault. First thing I thought as soon as he served. Paddle never drops below his waist at any time so he sure can't be hitting up on the ball before his belly button

MLP rules on serving contact: The server can make contact with the ball at any height on their body, as long as their arm is swinging upward at the time of contact and the paddle head is not above the wrist joint.
