I like your commentary on how Bladee must've felt while purchasing expensive commercial items. I think that's how Trash Island (as a concept) came to be, or just the common usage of the word trash in his earlier works. At the end of the day, materialism holds no meaning and is salvageable. It's really what's inside that counts and is perpetual, especially in this age of vanity and constant trends.

i think that it’s also symbolic that the album actually dropped on 4/24/24 (sweden time) so it reads the same backwards and forwards, which makes it a palindrome, which derived from greek roots that literally translates to “running back again” which is what bladee is doing exactly on this album with all of these references to his past projects.
