Mr Softee came down our street in Hicksville NY every day in the summer back in the early 1960s. Delicious ice cream! The Good Humor truck came too. Loved them both. Nothing was over 25 cents in those days! We heard the truck jingle and raced outside. Fond memories of days long past.
