Could this be why Level Lock Touch doesn't have Apple Home Key and Level Lock+ does?

Can you schedule it to unlock say at 9am everyday and automatically lock at 8pm every night? For a laundry room for example?
Great, thank you! I would enhance it though. depends on the experience in location I would make a condition based on combination of forecast and sum of rainfall in millimeters. If equal or over 25 mm and forecast is high e.g. 80% then I would stop it for today*tomorrow else keep it on and decrease the runtime equal to difference between my target and forecasted rainfall or to some 10mm in average. The apple forecast is updated every 10 min so checking few times a day would be essential.

There is an update that allows similar function as the Plus.
It is NOT necessary to pull the four screws to expose the internal electronics. Skip that risky step and the cylinder is still easily removed. I did this on 2 Level locks.
Can it be changed out with a smartkey cylinder from kwikset?
No, Kwikset SmartKey cylinders only fit on Kwikset SmartKey locks. You can't even put a Kwikset SmartKey cylinder on a regular/old (non-smartkey) Kwikset lock. The reverse is also true, a SmartKey cylinder can't be swapped out for a non-smartkey cylinder.

I got 2 of the new Level Lock with the Home Key & Loved it by just putting my iPhone or my Ultra watch next to the lock to unlock my doors.

Yea. Same question!
No, Kwikset SmartKey cylinders only work in Kwikset SmartKey locks. You can't even swap a SmartKey cylinder into a non-SmartKey Kwikset lock. The cylinder in the video is among the industry standard cylinders. Kwikset doesn't adhere to industry standard and SmartKey locks and cylinders are entirely proprietary to Kwikset.
Great video!!! I never would have figured that out. I do have a question about the time you used when saving the schedule in the Eve app(0615) and the time the automation runs in HomeKit(0630). Would this run correctly?
Can I put a Kwikset cylinder in there?
Yes! I replaced mine with a Kwikset pinned to match other doors in my house. You need a “universal cylinder” or “key in knob cylinder.” A local locksmith should be able to provide one and pin it to match a key for you. Note that you need to swap over the thin black rubber tape to keep the cylinder from wobbling in the lock - double stick tape will secure it. You also need to install the right length tail piece or swap it over from the Schlage cylinder. It’s easy to do but the locksmith can do it while pinning the cylinder.

I've got my entire house - four exterior doors and several pad locks on gates & cabinets - set up with Kwikset KW1 keyways keyed the same and want my smart lock (dead bolt) on my front door to match. These Level Lock Touch seem perfect as they match aesthetically and work with Homekit. But, I wanted to be sure they could be rekeyed to match my existing key system. I looked all over the internet, including the Level Lock to no avail. All I could find was that it uses an SC1 type keyway which isn't the same as the KW1 keyways I am using. I think I'm sold now!

Does this work with a “Privacy Door Knob”? NOTE.- The ones (without a key) used in bathrooms and dormitories.
It's for deadbolt but it's not that hard to put a deadbolt in the knobs place. Depending on your door, you might have to do some wood work. But understand, you won't have a handle to pull the door open.

I really wish eve would put out an update to allow the device to do this. I just went with LinkTap G2S but would prefer the Eve Aqua HomeKit compatibility. I also like to modern look in the app of the Eve and Bhyve. LinkTap has a dated design appeal. Bhyve has the weather feature in app but reviews have repeatedly shown it to be unreliable. LinkTap has worked well so far. Just disappointed this is not in the HomeKit. Keep us posted on new updates with the Eve.
