One of our guys fucked with the setting so now it goes 4mph whilr in the overhead anyway on to lower it back down to 1?

My job just slowed down all our machines to go 3.5 miles and hour instead of the 5.5 now we moving like turtles I just tried this out before I left tonight and it worked 😂😂😂😂 ima be zooming past everyone tomorrow Lmfaoo
My job just got a new RR 5700, lovin' it! However, it's a little bit slower than our old one (both single reach trucks), and goin through the performance tunes didn't do anything. Working overnight, it would be nice to have it at the same speed. Any tips? Also, you have to hold the raise cutout overide to turn the reach on. The old one you don't. Im sure it a safty thing. I'm just curious if there's a bypass or somethin
@ashtonpatton6583 good morning, the hold the raise and have to hit the over ride is a safety. The truck would have to be flashed by the dealer/ crown.

Once I put in the service code (2311) and went in to the settings and made the changes it worked! The "factory" performance tunes didn't seem to change anything.

Hi is there anyway to adjust the speed at higher levels? when at lower height the speed is fine but when we go up on a higher height it limits itself to 1.0 speed. thanks!
That's a safety
It's a safety cut off, no you dont need to go 7 mph with forks 2 stories high.
I try and change something and it says re-key. No clue what that means but it wont let me move out of that menu.
Re key means turn it off and back on

Just be mindful when adjusted the speed.

Hi, sorry to bother you but im working on a ship mid Atlantic, we have a crown access 123, its got a code 223 please service, and a spanner, which i assume means it needs a service visit. fair enough ill get it done, but can i re set the code so it doesnt keep bleeping at us, until we reach port?
So sorry i just seen your post, just unplug it, also the code 223 is without looking at it is 2 switches made at the same time. check the twist grips and its most likely the F/R switches need to be adjusted.

So the p3 was for going forward? But what I don't understand why one day the op works fine connecting to wire guide and sometimes is just go beeping and won't connect it does but it goes really slow

Lift is 1 speed unless you have 2 DC motors then you will go a little faster.

Go back through the steps and set it to what it was . More than likely it was maxed out from the factory
ive done this and maxed out the settings but the pe4500 doesnt go and the bunny button doesnt work either
to assign a speed to p1/p2 etc, do you do this while in that profile? or can you set all the profiles from that same menu? We have a casepick section we'd like to keep slow, but our overstock/bulk to run max speed

You should be able to set each unit specifically for each one in the menu of each truck

@@2a_day958 im afraid not. The op is a dule pump 24v and only 1 speed , if you had a 36v with a ac motor would be better but unfortunately thats all she has ..
When you hit the lift do you hear or see both motors going? If not you might have a bad switch or lift motor but more than likely it would be a switch.

Unfortunately the crown Access OP will / should have 2 DC lift motors / pumps that has a 2 speed switch on the platform , let me know if it has an AC lift motor.

I use this to slow down problem operators (18-25 Age) or to make sure no one messes with or uses MY ASSIGNED MACHINE

Please set potentiometer. Take 13 mm spanner, loose that pot1. Turn by body slightly. And check handle calibration menu. Set on 49 to 54 at centre. Than calibrate and save. Tight that pot1. Now ready to use. This will solve your fluctuate speed during drive problem.
Do you know how to change the speed when the picker is guided on the wire? I tried to change it to 4.5 and it’s still slow
Hey Riceball - What year is your picker? also you should be able to set it on up to 5.5 or 6.0 . if the picker has height switches it will only travel at 1.5 all the way up and cut out if you turn the wheel.. but you are trying to go faster at the 24 inch switch? Go back into setting and turn the speed all the way up and try that. after you test the picker let me know what it went to for example a raymond picker will go to 7.5 MPH top speed..
Those units are not for speed. The equip of the technology is purely for maintenance and diagnostic purposes
If on a wire it will travel around 1.5 that's a safety

Hi Ken, The only way you can change this back to 2311 is to have a CROWN service tech hook it up to a laptop. Try 2220 if that's not it then you will need to call CROWN. What state are you in?
@@jondoe3639 Tennessee,all of our lifts have been turned down to 5 mph and they are sit downs so if u have any seat time u know this is miserable lol ,we have a new safety man and I guess he is try to prove his worth or something ,I work the night shift so we have more freedom to change the speed and change it back for the suits lol ,thanks for reaching out if u have any more info please share
