Buyers Beware. Unfortunately this is a gross misrepresentation of this company's actual practices, this bus in the video isn't the bus usually given to passengers, I bought tickets to Billion Star under their false promise that WiFi, and attached TV and most importantly a clean bus would be provided, and the ticket price reflected that. The bus that arrived (considerably late to merge two time slots) had foul smelling seat, dirty seats, with remains of wrappers on the seat, I picked up the hand rest to find a used spoon underneath, the whole bus smelled of cigarette smoke. In a time of this wide spread pandemic, there is no effort to sanitize the seats, no effort to social distance and just no cleanliness overall. We asked the driver as to why this shit box turned up instead to the bus which we actually paid for, his answer, swift and rehearsed, 'oh that bus broke down so this bus'. Passenger entering the bus were using their alcohol hand sanitizer to spray down the seats. It would be an understatement to say this was an abhorrent experience, this was a disgusting and an absolute risky experience, I don't understand why in this time of such a devastating pandemic, this company gets away with undercutting cleanliness and sanitization! Never again.

My Niece with her special kid of 5 years went to Nishat Emporium Mall Lahore Play Area. The staff so rudely did not let them in. No Notice is displayed whether special child can play there or not. So pathetic attitude of Pakistani's as far as special children are concerned....
