3 months later... can i still climb?
i took a break from climbing, for the summer, in hopes of recovering my joints and healing some finger pain. let's just say 3 months might've been too long...

Doesnt it make more sense to stick to a problem untill youve solved it? I cant imagine id ever get better at something if i stoped where i fail and continue with things im used to doing.
Agree. Also trying routes you finished, with more effort/energy than it should have taken you, again and again should help improve your technique.
Yes, definitely! But you have to know your limits within a single session and i was tiring quickly on some of these higher grades. Volume is just as beneficial for improvement!

Heads up, French sport grades have lowercase letters and their boulder grades are uppercase. So you're final boulder ratings are slightly off. Granted converting route to boulder grades are a bit tricky.
